Frequently Asked Questions

Who handles multi-state installs?

FlexusNet does. You send one request with all your sites, and we match each site to a contractor from our 300+ U.S. contractor collaboration. You keep one FlexusNet point of contact for the whole job, no matter how many states it covers.

How does contractor matching work?

After we confirm the scope with you, we match each job to a contractor in our U.S. collaboration network based on the site location and the type of work. The contractor receives the written scope so everyone works from the same instructions.

What is your coverage area?

FlexusNet provides nationwide IT install coverage through a 300+ U.S. contractor collaboration. FlexusNet LLC is a Delaware company with operations in Florida.

How do I request service?

Use the request form on the home page, call 470.685.5777, or email service@flexusnet.com. Include the site addresses, the install type, timing and any checklist or standard the work should follow.

What does FlexusNet not do?

FlexusNet does not supply equipment, design infrastructure or provide product warranties. You or your vendor provide the hardware and the design; we match the install labor and manage scoping and close-out.

Which install types do you handle?

POS installation, network cabling and multi-site rollouts, laptop and desktop deployment, Wi-Fi and access point installs, and general IT field services for MSPs and integrators.

Do you work with MSPs and integrators?

Yes. MSPs and integrators use FlexusNet to cover client sites outside their own service area. You keep the client relationship and the technical design; we coordinate the field labor and report back to you.

Who is my point of contact?

FlexusNet is your single point of contact from request to close-out. You do not need to coordinate separate contractors in each location.

How does close-out work?

When the on-site work is finished, FlexusNet confirms close-out with you: what was completed, any open items, and the notes or photos you asked for in the scope.
